I’ve been training with Michele at CORE since the summer of 2009 and have been very pleased with the results. At the age of 40, I found that I had become a busy mom who put everyone’s needs before my own. I went from 110 pounds to 160 pounds in just 10 years. It was gradual and easy enough to ignore. Two years ago, my health began to decline. I no longer had the energy to keep up with my kids because of acute back pain. When I began training my goal was simply to lose weight, I quickly realized my lifestyle had to change. I won’t lie to you, it hasn’t been easy, but today, I’m feeling lighter, faster and most importantly healthier.
