Our CORE Strength & Conditioning Coaches don’t cut corners and design a program for you from scratch, every time – taking your goals, history and lifestyle into consideration. Enthusiasm often runs high at the beginning of a training program, but then often wanes as the weeks go on. As your personal coach, we’ll keep you accountable and ensure that you’re getting the results that will drive you to come back for more.


Know what to do but need some guidance? Even if you aren’t located in the GTA, get the benefits of CORE’s approach to training with our proprietary Push-Pull-Core-Hip-Knee method. Through weekly Skype/FaceTime consultations, head CORE Strength & Conditioning Coach Michele Scarlet will match you with the trainer that best suits you and your goals, whom will design a custom workout and nutrition plan for you, based on your results from the week prior.
